The former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has expressed joy as president Muhammadu Buhari addressed the nation about the deadly Coronavirus. However Femi Fani-Kayode advised that the President must put the country under lockdown, close all schools, public institutions, courts, private companies, Churches Mosques etc.
According to Femi Fani-Kayode, who tweeted via his twitter account, said, only isolation centres, hospitals should be left open.
Femi said that President Muhammadu Buhari should ensure that the people should practice the highest standard of hygiene. Read his full statements;
“Glad that Buhari has addressed the nation but he MUST put the country under lockdown, close ALL schools, public institutions, courts, private companies, shops, Churches, Mosques, airports, seaports etc. Only hospitals, isolation centres and security outfits should be left open!
He should also insist that people should practice the highest standard of hygiene, stock up food, stay in their homes, self-isolate, indulge in social- spacing, avoid unnecessary physical contact, pray hard, not panic & be strong. Life is sacred & prevention is better than cure”.
